Effective date: 5 August 2026. These terms apply to print work ordered from Print Point by website, WhatsApp, email, telephone or in person.

Quotes and prices

Quotes are based on the confirmed quantity, stock, size, finishing, artwork and schedule. Any change to these requirements may change the price or turnaround time. We will confirm the revised requirement before production.

Artwork approval

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, contact details, dimensions, colours, quantities and all content in the approved proof. Print Point may flag visible production issues, but final approval remains with the customer.

Colour and materials

Colours can vary between screens, printers, papers, fabrics and production methods. We will recommend a practical option, but exact screen-to-print matching cannot always be guaranteed.

Production and payment

Production begins after the requirement, artwork and applicable payment terms are confirmed. Timelines depend on artwork readiness, material availability and finishing requirements.

Collection and delivery

Orders may be collected from a Print Point branch or shipped where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier handling, weather or other factors outside our control.
