We arrange India-wide shipping on request. Please share the product, quantity, dimensions and delivery pin code before ordering so we can confirm the safest practical option.

Shipping

Shipping charges, packaging requirements and estimated transit time depend on the product, destination and courier availability. We confirm these details before dispatch. Customers receive the tracking information available from the courier.

Returns for custom products

Because printed products are customised, returns are not accepted for changes of mind or approved artwork errors. If an order is damaged in transit or does not match the approved specification, contact us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before production starts. Once artwork is approved, materials are prepared or production has begun, cancellation may not be possible and any work already completed may be chargeable.
