Good shipping starts with a clear production brief.
Custom printing across India is straightforward when the production and delivery details are shared at the same time. Whether the order is branded packaging, event material, merchandise, stationery or display work, a few practical inputs reduce delays and make the quote more useful.
Share the product, quantity and finished size
Say what you are making, how many pieces you need and the final size you have in mind. If you do not know the exact dimensions, tell us where the item will be used. A product box, bottle, brochure, T-shirt or standee has different production and packing needs.
Tell us where the artwork stands
Press-ready artwork is helpful, but it is not the only way to begin. You can send a logo, text, reference photo, rough sketch or previous sample. If a file needs design support, knowing that early helps plan the timeline and keeps the final artwork suitable for print.
Include the delivery pin code
Shipping is not one-size-fits-all. Flat paper products, rigid boxes, bottles, apparel and display systems need different protective packing. Share the destination pin code before confirming production; we can check the practical shipping option for your print job.
Plan the proof and finishing stage
For colour-sensitive or large orders, leave time to confirm stock, size, fold, print method and finishing. This is especially useful for packaging, corporate stationery, invitation suites and large-format work. The proof stage prevents last-minute surprises after the order is already in production.
